Account Deletion - Sevenco Accounts

Riders and driver applicants can delete their account directly in the app, with a support fallback if they cannot sign in.

Data scope

Personal profile and app-linked rider or driver account data are removed.

Retention

Some records may be retained up to 180 days for legal and audit obligations.

How to delete your account

  1. 1Open the sevenco or Sevenco Driver app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Go to Profile.
  3. 3Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4Review the deletion notice and confirm the request.

If you cannot access the app, email support@sevenco.in from your registered email or phone details and request account deletion. Please mention whether your account is for the rider app or Sevenco Driver app.

What data is deleted

  • Profile information (name, phone, and basic account details).
  • Saved addresses and in-app preferences.
  • Active sessions and device tokens linked to the account.

Retention timeline

  • Completed trip, payment, tax, and dispute records may be retained for up to 180 days for legal, fraud-prevention, and audit obligations.
  • If a longer retention period is required by law or a lawful authority, required records are retained only for that period.
