We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Sevenco account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

To request account and data deletion, please send an email from your registered email address to:

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Your registered mobile number
  • A brief statement requesting account deletion

Our support team will process your request and delete your data within 48-72 hours. You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete.

What happens next?

Once processed, your personal profile, ride history, and all account data will be permanently removed from our active systems.

Can I come back?

Account deletion is permanent. You are welcome to create a new account in the future if you decide to use our services again.
